Checked all the big name Internet stocks. All had decent spreads
at the close except AOL, which was $1.875 -- AND bid size 0; ask 1.
Frequent 40-50 size earlier in the day. Burst of buying around 2pm was MMs/underwriters looking to support 50 DMA. They faded fast -- every man for himself style.......

Note: Week of 09/08 (Compuserve deal) there was lots of buying
between $70-$74.
