wily, I tried two free ISPs this week [for backup]. I have and will continue to have MSN. NetZero would not let me stay connected past maybe 30 seconds, repeatedly. Out it went. [I do not enjoy solving that kind of problem. Had the problem with 2 former ISPs, but don't have it with MSN now]. FreeI.net gave me two local access numbers. Over 3 days I could never connect to either one. But FreeI.net does not even ask your name to sign up. I uninstalled it. Gottfried
