MHO was based on one side only. Naturally there are two sides to a case and it will depend on the lawyers presentation and evidence.

I forget how many times I, as a securities industry arb, thought a case was cut and dry only to have two public arbs,(there are normally three arbs, one from the industry and two public), rule otherwise.
