I believe immediately after this vote, if a majority is FOR, the shares will trade hands!!!! (at $13 and not at the discounted price it still trading for)

Yes, I got my package in the mail the other day. I realized that if I can somehow wait until the end of the month, then I'll get the 18 month short term cap gains rate. So, I'm voting for the buyout, but only after June 27th. <GGG>
