Any more news on OXYCAl? Got this off Bloomberg's: Bio-Dental Technologies Corp. (BDTC): Zila Inc. (ZILA) agreed to acquire the maker of dental office supplies for between 4.88 million shares to 5.36 million shares of Zila stock, valuing the transaction at between $35.4 million and $38.9 million based on Zila's closing price of 7 1/4, down 3/8. Bio-Dental was unchanged at 5. I wonder if the NASDAQ changes will affect the liquidity of a small stock such as ZILA. Any comments?
