RoadRunner had a rare brief outage today and I dialed up to AV. Worked fine. I didn't stay on that long though.

I don't know how new it is. Maybe people just haven't found it yet.

OTOH, AV I think was part of Digital Equipment which is now part of Compaq so there may be some serious infrastructure behind this one.
