FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., June 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Imaging Diagnostic Systems (OTC Bulletin Board: IMDS) stated today that it is aware of and concerned about the unusual trading activity in its common stock. It is not aware of any developments concerning either the development of its CTLM device, its financial condition and its operations that would cause a price decline in its common stock or the significant increase in volume.

The Company strongly believes that the price of its common stock bears no relationship to the value of its technology, its operations or its future prospects.

As previously announced on May 28, the Company secured an equity line of credit totaling $15 million that can be used at the discretion of the Company over a three-year period. The funding is sufficient to conduct and finalize FDA clinical trials and to "ramp up" for manufacturing. This financing has alleviated all financial concerns and will allow the Company to focus on bringing the Computed Tomography Laser Mammography (CTLM(TM)) to market. In addition, since the Company received FDA approval for in-house calibration studies, the CTLM(TM) has now produced phantom images that have detected 3mm simulated lesions.
