Israel Growth Partners Acquisition Corp has filed a S1/A filing on 22 June 06. Its the 7th amendment filing since it filed the initial S1 filing on 15th Septemper 05. The are no significant changes in the current amendment filing. Probably would be coming up with an IPO soon. Israel Growth Partners Acquisition Corp. is a blank check company recently formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition or other similar business combination with an unidentified operating business which has operations or facilities located in Israel, or which is a company operating outside of Israel which management believes would benefit from establishing operations or facilities in Israel.
