I agree - I don't see anything wrong done here by the company. In fact they seemed as blindsided as the shareholders by the announcement and how it was interpreted. The fact that people are naturally skittish around the nature of these types of plays combined with the announcement created a typical panic reaction during a late in the day trading session. I'm glad they halted the stock before even more of the shareholders got involved and more seriously hurt by a complete rundown. I do hold KRY and was watching yesterday as it got hit (think I posted around 3:15 in the aft or something like that) but held...bought more today. So - I guess that's kind of my disclaimer. Eh - you pay to play and I'm not making any recommendations but I don't see where management had any control over what was said or how it was taken. jf...
