Mexico won't pay for the wall. However, that won't stop Trump from reducing the aid package we give to Mexico every year thats worth billions by the amount of the wall. He will claim victory and Mexico's economy will be decimated which will create new problems. And Congress long ago gave the Office of the President sweeping powers to impose protective Tariffs which Trump no doubt will abuse or use as a hammer to squeeze whole industries into bending towards his will. And this will have been a problem created by the laziness and apathy of both parties who always seem to forget that majorities shift.
