Valley Girl: Spoken as your name would suggest. The point of the hand count (which is inherently less accurate - hence we try and do all balloting by electromechanical means) is not to get a more accurate count but rather to guess what was on the voters mind when they voted especially those ballots that are screwed up. If you cannot see the mischief potential bound up in allowing this to happen you are indeed a "Valley Girl". Regards,JFD
