9 on both of your computers?
10 A Because I was being hacked and stalked by the
11 people posting on the Internet. I have evidence logs
12 which demonstrates who has been hacking my computers
13 and to safe guard myself against these individuals, I
14 use the evidence eliminator as a security effort to
15 stop people from invading my privacy and -- and
16 invading my life.
17 Q How does evidence eliminator protect you from
18 hacking?
19 A My emails were posted by Janice Shell, and
20 Mr. A. Arkansas, whoever he is. Another agent
21 plaintiff Marchese's. They've posted emails and
22 documents they stole from my computer, evidence
23 eliminator is a security measure to prevent that from
24 ever happening again, that my private and personal

1 emails and documents are posted on the Internet for
2 your clients friends.
3 Q So one of the -- one of the things that
4 evidence eliminator did when you would run the
5 program is destroy emails that were on your computer,
6 correct?
7 A No, you're saying that. I didn't say that.
8 Q How is that statement incorrect?
9 A I said it is a security measure that
10 protected me from having my email put on the Internet
11 my client and his agents.
12 Q How does it do that?
13 A I'm not a security expert. I don't know.
14 Have you to talk to a computer expert. I'm not a
15 computer expert.

18 Q Okay. Are you telling me that this program
19 did not remove or delete electronic mail messages
20 from your computer when you executed them?
21 A I'm telling you --
22 MR. RICHTER: I object to the question. I --
23 it's an ambiguous question. I don't -- I don't know
24 what it means. It seems to be talking about --

2 computer program.
3 A Exactly.
4 MR. RICHTER: And there's no foundation for it.
5 Why don't you ask him how the program works.

7 Q You installed these programs. Did you do it
8 at somebody's suggestion?
9 A I did it at quite a few people's suggestion,
10 people who were telling me how to prevent my life
11 from being destroyed by your client and his agents.
12 They said the best way of doing this is to put
13 security on your computer so these a-holes can't get
14 the #### anymore. That's exactly what they told me.
