Of course he can't...at least not yet...just wait until Kerry gets a chance, then you will be defending him.... Let's go back 10 years. Spending went up significantly. Why did we spend so much over the last 10 years? We always spend too much, that is what they do when they get our money and then they look for additional ways to spend more...the cycle never ends. People only are upset when the opposing team is leading, otherwise they justify it and say whooohoooo!!! Kenneth, do you support Kerry's increase in spending?
