First, there is no reason to think that has anything to do with job creation, which is what we were talking about. Second, the only reason that the affluent get a higher share of the tax cut, which is across the board, is that they pay most of the taxes in the first place. There is no demonstrable inequity. It is all a matter of policy, not morality. It is not biased towards his base, what it is is not clearly biased towards any particular class.
