well.... if the disparity between US rates and Euro rates closes....then the Euro and Euro markets become more attractive... Euro Rises, the currently imported inflation into Europe falls, the masses are happier with their gasoline prices etc (and they can buy some california wine for a change)... while the dollar falls(selling of US assets for Euro assets). But if the dollar falls too far...we import inflation, AG continues to boost rates on the new inflation front, our market gets caught in a tug fest pulled on both sides of a single rate rope...... All this is a job for Heinz or Haim..... I'm on Euro time, so it's okay to have my first alcoholic beverage.... I wait, with beverage in hand, for the epiphany to appear. J
