Microsoft admits there is a problem with running Office on certain configurations. Too bad they don't offer much of a fix. Is AMD a bargain? All I would do here is nibble at best. The cloud overhanging AMD now is just how much they will lose in Q1 esp. due to the one time charges which I estimate at $20M-$40M, R&D etc. The yield problems on the K6-III should be worked out by the end of the quarter. Next qtr. should be better. The stock price should start looking forward then....but will probably work lower before then. Jim
