It must be all that second rate MOT infrastructure equipment that DDI and IDO bought. I guess they will be stripping out big portions of the network and replacing the equipment with NT or LU gear. Ironically, MOT's inadequate chip design for cdmaOne infrastructure is going to drive the evolution to 3G must faster than anticipated.
