He was simply trying to check his mail. I was flabbergasted at the number of advertisements that required keyboard or mouse clicks to step over and it didn't end just getting in. It was the same royal pain in the #@@ getting out too. My friend is not terribly computer literate. Guess what his response is to the advertisements at the end -- he simply pulls the phone cord and reboots his computer!! AOLers must just not know that you don't have to deal with all that ##%$ if you go with an ISP.
