I do not think anyone on our side was lying. It may be that the Iraqis were lying to one another about the state of WMDs. It may be that the WMDs are buried in Syria. All I know is, all Western intelligence services thought he had stockpiles, the disagreement was over how to deal with the threat posed by him. Thus, I am sure we went on the basis of best intelligence available at the time........
