Scott: I am ALWAYS considering the potential downside - even if 3Q earnings had come in at $0.20 and there had been no warrant call. It is the potential downside that defines my exit point - whether recent price history has been positive or negative. At the present time, it is the fact that about 75% of BNGO revenues come from VGMs in South Carolina that concerns me most. This is why I have repeatedly commented on my desire to see some geographical diversification from BNGO AND why I was encouraged to see them mention potential acquisitions in several other states and Canada on their website Q&A.
