Thanks Manny - I just got off the phone with Etrade and after they hashed it out a bit, they also said if you reconfirmed earlier when the range was raised you were OK now. With the DVIN however, I reconfirmed at 10 when it was raised to 9-10 and then didn't when it was priced at 9 and missed it. Sorry to banter on about minor details.
