bcrafty, with out knowing what I am talking about (never stopped me before) a Wachovia convertible securities conference does not seem like the appropriate place to make an announcement of issuing a new convertible. Like I said I do not know a thing about this conference, but my WAG doubts they would not announce there. That said NVDA on my short list everyday, but I've been avoiding. If I recall your a Worden user and I am sure you have seen the distribution taking place, so I am by no means saying not a good short. Of course now there is that messy gap to deal with.
