VITC who the hell is selling at .81 sheesh, IMO they'll be sorry. ROFLMAO.
Something unusual happening on big volume days. It happened a week ago Wednesday after we had the 200k volume, the previous Monday. Herzog, the Market Maker comes in to unload 20k shares making it look like a Market Order driving down the bid.
Herzog came in with another 20k Market Order yesterday at the close, but that one didn't tank the stock because there was a bunch of buys at the close.
Today, Herzog did the same thing with another 20k market order.
Why would a Market Maker that is not even actively involved in a stock come in to unload 20k every time when the buying dries up? Any thoughts.
My thoughts.
1.Someone with a large, large position sees the buying dry up on a course of a day or period over a few days; unloads some shares at market causing the MMs to scatter. Could that be possible? Highly unlikely, unless, unless, it is someone with a large, large, large position who is testing the buying pressure and wants to see the buying pressure continue by driving the bid down and seeing how much buying pressure is out there in the stock.
Possible, yes. Why? All those who bought today are now forced to hold their stock a little longer till the bid comes up or they have to buy more. One of the oldest tricks in the book by someone who has a large, large, large position. It allows that person to now get more stock off on the offer cause those individuals have to buy more stock.
Who could be doing it is the question? Company is tapped for money, but I don't believe they would stoop to those tactics. Someone who needs to get out of their position and has a large, large position could be doing it. Eventually this person will run out of his or her stock.
2. Other Theory. Someone or a combination of someone (MarketMakers) are short the stock and continue to short the stock attempting to accumulate the stock because they see the interest in the stock. Each time they have attempted to shake the tree and each time they have come up empty handed. Each time this has occurred; a few days later the stock price has gone higher.
I am going with Theory number #2 that someone is attempting to short the stock to accumulate because they see the interest in the stock. If this theory holds true, then one day for no apparent reason VITC is going to blast off because these people are going to have to cover.
These shorts are totally unaware of what is going on with the company. They have not taken the time to call the company and verify anything that is happening with the company.
LONGS remain firm! Hold tight and add to your positions on any dips at all in the near future. VITC is about to take off! NO HYPE, just my conviction.
The trading is indicating that interest is peaking in the stock and we are about to breakout and when we do $5.00 will be here before you know.
Have a great weekend!
Cheers
