btw, your version number can be found by clicking 'help' at the top of your browser
window, then 'about communicator'.
two other things to try... three actually. one, click on the padlock icon in the lower left
portion of window. all kinds of security certificate stuff there. two, back up on top,
click 'help' then 'security'. and three, you can try going to netscape newsgroups where
you can read other people's probs and answers and also post your own questions. oh
yeah, one more thing to try.... go to 'edit', 'preferences', 'advanced', then uncheck
'enable java script'. see if that makes a difference. if not, put it back the way it was."
