I promised Joe D. that I'd put together an article on flip chip manufacturing (and the semiconductor equipment makers who make the equipment) in about two weeks- well you're right. I was alittle too optimistic. I'm getting cross-eyed reading the stuff. But when finished I think we'll have a better feel for this piece of SFLX's business, and where it's headed. BTW so far so good for SFLX on what I've digested in the SEC Filings........
