que, Cute answer on the immigration :o) but the weather issue is an kinda like an urban legend... ever heard of Green Bay, Minneapolis, Anywhere in Wyoming, North Dakota, Maine, New Hamshire :o) Our heavily populated Golden Horeshoe (southwestern Ontario) residents would find those places positively frigid... wouldn't wanna live there... too damn cold LOL... not to mention Vancouver... homeless heaven... where they think Toronto is cold and Minnesota is on another planet...
