Cryogenic ZAWCAD uses high-velocity jets of liquefied low temperature nitrogen for cutting or surface coating removal and hazardous waste decontamination. Traditional abrasive or chemical coatings removal add volume to the waste stream and can require additional costly waste treatment. Cryogenic ZAWCAD, however, quickly reverts to an inert gas taking none of the waste or contaminated particulate with it. The Cryogenic ZAWCAD system offers precision and consistent results to cleaning and cutting tasks while eliminating secondary waste.
Applications of the Cryogenic ZAWCAD include cutting and drilling on paper products, insulation, food, plastics and metals as well as removing coatings and debris from surfaces including radiological and other hazardous waste contamination. Information requests have come from several major corporations such as, Lockheed Martin Corporation, Kraft Foods, Hershey Chocolate, Ocean Spray Foods. Each company has special needs that ZAWCAD may be able to service as no other procedure can at this time.
"Jorg offers us years of expertise in management, sales ability, and experience in development of new technologies for specialized markets. We are lucky to have the opportunity to use those talents", said Wilmot.
