John -- You have a great list -- I'll never forget the several days in December 98 when athm would rise 30-40% in a day (an hour before the close!)

I invite you to consider General Magic (GMGC). They have the potential to become a de facto standard in voice portal traffic control through their Portico and Magictalk platforms. They are being trialed now by a number of telcos and they are alligned with companies like msft, intu and qwst for certain revenue going forward. But stay away from their board on yhoo -- too much hype.
