assuming the markets continue down, you would have to wait until you think it is bottom. but one of the attractiveness of the stock at this current price is the fact it was expected to be about $50 (us) when it debuted, but since net stocks took a dive in london, the price remained flat at the ipo.

the other surprise is how little turnover those who received qxlc has done.

no telling when will be the best time to purchase, today, wed, next week,.... at least the downside is minimal since the stock did not zoom on its ipo.
