Who is going to publish that list. I am not waiting for any list and I am sure many are not. Pakistan is the culprit and the Indian intelligence agency had provided the International Atomic Agency with intelligence 3 years ago about the nuclear blackmarket. IAEA since has been pursuing the network for the past 3 years. They were doing so even when Bush was pursuing shadows of WMD in Iraq. Bush was pursuing and chasing shadows while the IAEA was going after the real thing.

How can Bush claim credit when he does not have a good intelligence team. Isn't it stupid to say that his intelligence failed him in Iraq and that same intelligence proved to be good in Libya. It just doesn't fly.
