and one does not want to encourage neuroticism about making a mistake....... No, of course not, but I think the pendulum is closer to the other extreme and a little swing back would be a good thing. I wouldn't mind at all if more folks neurotically avoided running red lights, unprotected sex, digging through underground pipes, etc.
