All I can say Ann, is talk is cheap. IF Bush should not be reelected I bet you will find no change in the the globalization of the work force. Look how Clinton signed on to the Kyoto Agreement KNOWING it would be a DISASTER for the American work force and figuring Congress would never pass it. Bush to no chances and abrogated it. He gets criticized for it but truth is he was only looking out for US. jdn
