Glad your reading all the SEC stuff on flip chips. Keeps you out of trouble. Seagate looks like its business has slowed, but the good news is that maybe SFLX is seeing more projects from Western and Quantum and IBM:

NEW YORK, Sept 3 (Reuter) - Salomon Brothers Inc said on Wednesday it lowered its rating on the shares of Seagate Technology Inc to hold from buy.

Analyst John Dean said in a research note he reduced his fiscal 1998 earnings estimate to $3.10 per share from $3.69, and cut his 1999 estimate to $3.80 from $4.94.

Dean said Seagate had pulled out of Salomon's technology conference as well as other public forums.

Seagate has said over the last few weeks that it is seeing weak orders, Dean said.

"We believe that IBM <IBM.N>, Western Digital <WDC.N> and Quantum Corp <QNTM.O> may be taking some of Seagate's market share," Dean said.

Seagate has been late in desktop products and has not executed recently, he said.

The stock shed 2-13/16 to 36-1/8.
