Jeff, I was just now serious shafted by Datek. At 11:00am I entered an order to buy 1000 ARTT at 10 1/32 to cover a short position. In the next few minutes ARTT traded at 10 even and my order was not executed. Then the market moved back above my order. I would like a prompt explanation as to what happened. I am sending this to you because it is an absolute waste of time to try to call Datek on the phone or send email, never get a response.
