Richard: I am talking about daily chart. I know it is a thread for day trader, and I trade daily chart.But the issue discussed here is so important, I just can not help jumping in. I am more like a pattern kind of guy, so I don't use percentage decline or climb to make decision. But I keep watching the pattern development of the market. And according to the pattern ( up, down, sidewalk, reversal, break out, etc.), adjust my decision for entry, exist and position size. F.L.
