I don't think egos will clash in this situation. I think their minds are in tune with each other. To say they will be more aggressive, is putting it mild. I would guess they will will fully exploit their own specific area of expertise in directing future direction of the company. That's good - one major principal won't be wearing all the cowboy hats as in the past.

I will say this in defense of J.P., I think he was unfairly treated by the Canadian Press due to his offensive comments. He is a doer and mover and must be reckoned with in the oil patch.
