Here's the news.....Could it have been one last hurrah before the end??? NEW YORK, Sept 15 (Reuter) - Investors in Palomar Medical Technologies Inc (PMTI) have filed a class action against H.J. Meyers and some of its supervisory personnel, alleging the brokerage manipulated Palomar's stock price, plaintiffs' attorneys said Monday. The complaint alleges that from April 29, 1996 to March 26, 1997, the price of Palomar stock was artificially inflated as a result of ``manipulative efforts'' by H.J. Meyers, among others. The case was filed on September 11 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern district of New York. Plaintiffs' attorneys said they will seek damages in the case but did not specify a dollar amount. No one was immediately available at H.J. Meyers to comment on the case. biz.yahoo.com
