I remember that discussion as well (AT&T buying PCTL). I can only hope. Without getting technical, I think it's a good fit because LU puts in the infrastructure, and it gives them more of a vertical presence in the market. "Not only can I create the infrastructure for you, but I can help you install quality applications on top of it like voice mail (Octel) and videoconferencing".
