The appropriate response for those opposed to the plan of
reorganization, is to take a few minutes and express your opposition
in writing, or via telephone, to the bankruptcy judge.

When you write you should identify yourself as a shareholder opposed
to the reorganization plan. cc's to your congresspersons will be
effective also. A request that the circumstances relating to the
Chapter 11 filing be referred to the U. S. Department of Justice for
investigation would also be appropriate.
