JR,

Of the three Y2K stocks that you mention which all hit record highs
today, ZITL has a price to sales (PSR) of 33 times, ACLY has a PSR of
71 times and IAIC has a PSR of ONLY 1.4 times (all on trailing 12
months revenues). In my view, IAIC has the closest software tool to
what MatriDigm is offering, that is a year 2000 remediation AND
computer migration technology. IMHO, IAIC has excellent upside
potential.
