I have been thinking the same thing, but have not had the time to do my DD. I think it is time to meet with management and find out if there are any more surprises in either their insurance or credit card business. Assuming that Healthaxis could reach well over $50 per share and UIC biz in not a piece of dunk, this is a conservative way to play Healthaxis stock.
