Good mornin to you PP,
Glad you made out on FDRY. I mentioned them yesterday in reply to EXTR. They both have a huge chunk of the Gig switch market and this sector will continue to show strength as more and more towns and cities continue to hook up to the net. CSCO generates approximately 20% of their own revenue on these switches. Remember our call on NN last year, just before being aquired by Alcatel. It was their (NN) switches that they were after. NN by the way is still working on that bad ass 500 Gig switch and from what I hear is still on target.
As to BRCM and PMCS I do like their products as well. However, I can not see the problems Mitel is facing as company specific. (Mitel sells 90% of the same chips that PMCS does yet trades at a huge discount). Further, Mitels CEO Mandy made comments last week in regards to a slowdown in capital expenditures among their customer base. Again, this can not be Mitels problems alone. finance.yahoo.com
Hope this helps....
Lata,
