To my surprise, I thought that was exactly what he was arguing. I also agree with him. He has shown he can make money. He brings excess capacity, long relationships with Asian suppliers which is now OK for an American products distributor, and relationships with smaller to mid-size customers. I think SEMI would be a good choice for a large distributor to expand their presence in the smaller company market, and to handle Asian lines.
