Morrie,This would be great and I am open to be wrong but this seems to be last years news.I have to ask why all the rumors when we have zero dollars and most likely 500,000 would be needed to get it in shape just to look for more monies .Starting to look very much like a possible roll back at the MAXIMUM the VSE allows 10 to 1 Regards Jim
