Interesting post. However, when you watch CNBC you see the paradigm shift. You get the pulse of the market. When I was in California recently at a trading course (at a securities firm that trades 500 million dollars worth of securities a day)they laughed at CNBC. Yet it was on all day with multiple TV's on the trading floor. I can't conceive of investing without TV on all day. It is interesting how different people invest...the disciplines are so different and yet in many cases people have styles that work for them.
