Doctors don't make any money off of prescribing drugs. Yes, they do. Doctors are also not allowed to get any kickbacks from pharmaceutical companies. Really? Who told you? That won't stop the companies from directly marketing to doctors, but the ethical rules governing this sort of marketing are clear. Are they?
