Jim, re:WCII no one seems to know why the stock has dropped from the 20's in Jan to 10... it has bounced to 15 several times previously.. only to pop back to the 20's.... it traded up to 34 or so.. earlier in 96 before they had their own switches.... now they have 6 of their own #5ESS if I recall correctly that they bought from Lucent, and are rolling out service in several markets... there was a seller that started selling multiple 25k blocks.. I think in the 18's that drove the price down to almost 15.. before it recovered a bit.. and reversed again.. perhaps it will go the way of Dish.. which has drifted down from the 30's, to 15.. and halted today on news of strategic alliance..
