Maybe IBM employees will have to do with a Cisco pension -vbg- Seriously though, I don't know. Pension computations are evil things. They say that it appears there's a surplus, but that might be mere Trickery-Lou. I can't plumb those depths. I guess a more appropriate question if you want to go down this tangent is whether or not you think it will turn sour, and if so, why. The flip side is "what happens if there's a whopping surplus?" I really don't know. John
