Well, you call that a mess but not Iraq????

At least in Kosovo, there's the UN and the NATO to shoulder the burdens. While in Iraq, it is the US alone. And those leaders who supported the US in Iraq are all losing elections, getting censured etc. etc. in their own countries (of course, this does not apply to our dictator friends like the ruler of Uzbekistan and Pakistan's Musharaff...)
