reddit.com Putin will have to do something to change the dynamic....if he does not, I see nothing to prevent at least 40% of all Russkie refinery capacity from being kaputed.....could be this creeping targeting of Kiev govt. buildings until it becomes an all out assault.............Ukraine must respond....it must not be allowed to become a matter of course........ ONE all out flamingo assault on the Kremlin would do the trick....it's a can't miss.....this is where this war is headed anyway.....it can not be denied......then move right back to hitting refineries.......Russia can not do without gasoline.....I doubt most Russkies care about the Kremlin at this point
